Empty Homes Wales is a unique partnership established to combat the ever-increasing problem of Empty Homes which blights all our communities in Wales.

By working together local authorities, housing associations and charities can offer a range of opportunities to private owners, such as direct purchase, long term leasing with full tenancy management, refurbishment and financial support in order bring the home back into use. Wales is experiencing a housing shortage and bringing the estimated 26,000 'empties' back into use would greatly benefit families in housing need.
