With support from Torfaen Council, an agreement was reached with the owner through private treaty and subsequently United Welsh were able to take ownership of the property.

OUTCOME
The property has been taken into United Welsh stock and was refurbished to ensure it is WHQS compliant. The Special Project Team were tasked with completing the works in this property, which had fallen into a very poor state of repair. The work was recently completed and a tenancy offer has been made on this lovely home.
